Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ReviewBoost. If you don't agree to them, don't use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the ReviewBoost service at reviews.voltstrike.app (the “Service”), you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. The Service

ReviewBoost provides promotion packages for digital marketplace sellers. When you purchase a package, we coordinate buyer-side activity on the listing URL you provide, with the goal of adding verified transactions to your seller profile.

2.1 How the Service operates (statement of fact)

All activity facilitated through ReviewBoost is based on genuine, completed purchases processed through the marketplace's own native payment infrastructure. For every unit in a package:

  • A real buyer account from our partner network places an order on your listing.
  • Payment is settled through the marketplace's standard payment flow (not simulated, bypassed, or spoofed).
  • You, the seller, fulfil the order and mark it delivered through your normal seller panel.
  • The buyer leaves feedback on the completed transaction.

Each resulting review is attributable to a buyer who actually purchased the item from your listing and received delivery. ReviewBoost does not generate synthetic reviews, falsify transactions, submit reviews from accounts that did not purchase, or forge any part of the marketplace's native purchase flow. Every transaction is independently verifiable on the marketplace's own ledger.

2.2 Billing structure

The Service is a one-time, prepaid product. There is no subscription. Each package is a separate order.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Material changes to active orders will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Service.
  • You must have the right to operate the marketplace listing you submit — i.e. you own the seller account.

4. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. One account per person. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.

You must notify us immediately at security@reviewboost.app if you suspect your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We may require additional verification (e.g. email confirmation) before processing certain actions, and may reject or suspend accounts that fail our automated fraud or abuse checks.

5. Orders & delivery

5.1 Placing an order

You select a package on the pricing page, complete payment on Stripe's hosted checkout, and are returned to your account page. We confirm receipt by email and in-app.

5.2 Submitting your listing URL

After payment, you submit the URL of the marketplace listing that will receive the campaign. You confirm that:

  • The listing complies with the marketplace's rules and category requirements.
  • You have the right to operate the listing.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

5.3 Delivery timing

Delivery times depend on package size and your responsiveness during fulfilment. Published estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Packages above 100 units are delivered in batches over several days to maintain organic pacing.

5.4 Your responsiveness

Delivery requires you to remain available to confirm each transaction on the marketplace in good time. If you do not respond for an extended period, we may pause the order and contact you; after 30 consecutive days of no response, the undelivered portion may be forfeited.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD. Visitors in Eurozone countries are charged in EUR at the live exchange rate at the time of checkout. All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted; where VAT or sales tax applies, it is calculated at checkout by Stripe based on your billing country.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods offered by Stripe for your country, which may include card, Klarna, Link, and others.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for.

7. Cancellation & refunds

The Service is final sale once performance begins. Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy; in short:

  • Before you submit the listing URL (performance not started): full refund on request.
  • Only if we fail to deliver what you ordered through our own fault: pro-rata refund of the undelivered portion.
  • In all other cases, including change of mind, marketplace action against your account, perceived campaign results, or your delay in confirming transactions: no refund.

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (per Art. 16(a)/(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and reg. 36/37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) when you submit your listing URL in the dashboard. Until you do, your statutory right of withdrawal remains available.

8. Your obligations

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate account and listing information.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
  • Not use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Not run multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies.
  • Respect the marketplace's own terms of service in connection with your listings.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
  • Harass, defame, or threaten any person.
  • Launder funds, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
  • Scrape, index, or re-publish our pages, APIs, or data without written permission.

Breaching this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may result in us reporting you to law enforcement.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, copy, and other content, is owned by ReviewBoost and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“ReviewBoost” and the thumbs-up logo mark are trademarks of ReviewBoost. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

ReviewBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eldorado.gg, Google LLC, Stripe, Inc., or any other third-party platform mentioned on the site.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific business outcome from using the Service.

Nothing in these disclaimers excludes rights that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g. the statutory guarantees under EU consumer law or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Our aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to ReviewBoost in the twelve months preceding the claim or (ii) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReviewBoost, its owner-operator, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including the marketplaces on which you list.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security or fraud risk, or if we are legally required to do so.

You may terminate your account at any time via the account page or by emailing support@reviewboost.app. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the owner-operator's country of residence, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We will try to resolve any complaint informally first. Please email legal@reviewboost.app with the details and we'll respond within 10 working days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email and in-app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account and request a refund of any undelivered portion of your most recent order.
